We came for dinner on our anniversary weekend. The staff were all very welcoming and congratulated us. We were very happy with the menu options – deciding on bread & butter to start, snapper and gnocchi for mains and the cheese cake and cannolis for dessert. I had the daiquiri mocktail which was very yummy. Atmosphere is stunning, perfect for a romantic date night. Would definitely recommend!

An absolutely great dinner at Santini last light (10 Mar). Exceptional service from Vittoria and the whole team. Great to see good old fashion service, politeness and attentiveness at such a beautiful establishment. The food by the way…outstanding. From the entrees, mains and deserts (Tiramisu OMG), was delicious. If your craving a good steak cooked properly over the grill, this has to be your go to place in Perth. Signature cocktails list was also a highlight and delicious.

The venue is beautiful, very nicely decorated with wonderful lighting and atmosphere. Definitely one of the nicest restaurants I’ve been to in Perth, aesthetically. However the food was fairly average. For starters I ordered the Ceviche and Beef Tartare, and both were honestly fairly bland. Whilst well presented, and fairly large portions, they didn’t do much for me. Likewise I had the Campanelle for my main, and it was similarly underwhelming, I couldn’t taste much beyond the acidity of the tomatoes and pecorino. The service team were fairly good, and we had staff regularly checking on us to see if we needed anything extra. The one critique regarding the service was the pouring of the bottles of wine we ordered, very very large glasses were poured for the first few people, and then everyone else got a couple of mouthfuls each. I’d expect them to do a better job of that, but it happened with each of the 3 bottles we ordered. Overall, it was underwhelming, especially for the price. I wouldn’t return.

Last night we enjoyed a beautiful meal at Santini and celebrate my husband’s birthday. We shared some scallops and the octopus as an entree and the lamb shoulder with some sides as a main. The food was divine and it was such a beautiful atmosphere. My hubby coming from New Zealand thought, it was the best lamb he has ever eaten in Australia. We had a fantastic night.

Santini bar and grill was absolutely gorgeous with its elegant decor. Service was amazing, did fall off a little after we had our main meals. We had the beef tartare, ceviche and oyster for entree. The oysters were so fresh and delicious. Also really liked the beef, wouldn’t get the ceviche again just not to much flavour. I had the campenella which was very good and partner had the steak. We also got a delicious wine recommended to us and two cocktails each. Overall a very good experience.
