Great friendly service, very close to Surfers. Ample parking spaces in front. Super yummy Wagyu beef dons. The place to go for Wagyu beef. Decent prices too. Fase and minimal waiting time for take aways, few tables on the footpath for those who want to eat on site. Super succulent beef, also other meat options like chicken etc. Highly recommended for others to try it out.

I ordered volcano yakitori bowl with ‘extra meat (half up)’ and ultimate gyu don extra meat, however I do not think the food which I received was extra meat. So I called the restaurant and told them that I do not think the food which I received was extra meat. The person who answered the phone was being sarcastic and just kept saying that he is so sure that the extra food was on the food.

The food is fairly good considering the affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. However, the restaurant could benefit from some additional maintenance to improve the overall experience. Specifically, the menu and price display screen could use some fixing, and adding numbers to the menu might also be helpful.

Extremely unfriendly staff service. Ordered bowl with salad instead of rice but, meat was served with just half hand-full of salad. overall portion was even not reached middle line of the bowl. Totally different with their food photo. When I asked staff it would be salty with marinaded meat and salmon with sauce. Staff crooked smile for my asking then, later he pointed my table with finger to co-worker and talked about us. Aside from taste what so ever,Never-ever back here. I can say it was the WORST customer service experience from local community.

Went because they had advertised they have wagyu katsu sando, tamago sando etc. Got there and there was only ordinary beef and chicken sandwiches. They still had a banner/poster on the counter advertising the thick katsu sando and egg sando – even on their menu is a picture of 4 thick beef cutlet sando peices. Asked the front girl staff about it, she just said with an unreassurring tone “yeh maybe before”. I mentioned its confusing cos its still advertised on the banner and on the menu there is a picture, she then seemed annoyed at me for asking again (since I didn’t get a confident answer). Ordered chirashi bowl and iced matcha latte in the end, both good and the other staff that brought it was very friendly. Just one poor unfriendly front staff and totally outdated menu poster.

The wagyu ya bento boxes are a tasty, quick lunch option in the area. I like the spicy beef/chicken yakitori + the new zucchini/chicken karaage side is super tasty and fresh.
