The quality of the pies in this establishment belie its unassuming exterior. Fantastic cheese and bacon pie followed by the slightly left-field choice of chilli pizza pie. Pastry 9/10 – fantastically flakey. Filling 7/10 – delicious mince but the chilli tasted more like curry. Thanks all.

The service was bad the ladies working there obviously just wanted to go home. For a country bakery we expected nice service but it was a struggle for them to tell us what pies they had. The food was not very nice either. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Great selection of pastries both sweet and savory. Flaky pastry on the pasties and sausage rolls and the sweet pastries were very fresh. Caters for gluten free too with delicious lemon tarts and raspberry cheesecakes. Staff were polite, friendly and generous. Looking forward to returning!
