Service was slow & surly. No soup, told salad bar supposed to close at 1 & anything you did order was missing a key ingredient, so lumped for pies & rolls. All distinctly average. Needless to say we won’t be going back

Pitstop for some pies. They were alright. Not much meat in them. The shepherdspie had stacks of potato, so they made it more filling. Just felt the pies were thin meatwise. Maybe half the depth of a typical pie (meat) I’d expect. Pastry was good.

Mixed experience for us today. I ordered a focaccia and my wife a roll. When presented with the options for a roll a ‘focaccia’ was offered. My wife pointed out it wasn’t a focaccia at all. I think in 2023 we are all aware of what one looks like as it’s no longer a mysterious new bread from an exotic place.
