Love love love this place for all their Banh Mi’s and Noodle Bowls but today I’m paying tribute to these simple but beautiful rice paper rolls. They have the traditional prawns variety (which quite frankly, who doesn’t love :-)), but I love even more their modern twists of smoked salmon, kim-chi and seaweed rolls. I usually sneak in around 3pm and order a couple of rolls before picking up my girls from school and they just love the treat. The staff are always smiling and chirpy and I’m always happy to wait for my rice paper rolls to be rolled fresh.
