Earlier today had dinner with a group of colleges, Ordered the chicken schnitzel only to turn out raw and slimy which tasted like I was eating rubber, which my other colleges who ordered the schnitzel had the same problem with it. After telling the manager he said it was impossible until i showed him, which after I was still charged full price same as my colleges. Hence writing this review while I am sick at home and unwell due to the tedious preparation and inconsiderate actions while preparing chicken. I strongly recommend to stay away, the young waiters were nice in serving the food so credit to them, to the rest please do better, i’m ashamed.

I went to the Narellan store a fortnight ago and sent an email directly to you and haven’t heard back. I also notice you have removed the ability to comment on your social media. Probably because you are sick of getting negative feedback. Anyway for the record, the manager you have at Narellan is bad for your business. She clearly doesn’t care about your business. It was very quiet when we were there, not surprised though. MacArthur Square generally have good service and great food. You can respond to my email when you feel it necessary!!!!!

I’ve been here multiple times as it’s the closest to my home. The first few times were fine, no issues, but lately the whole experience has been a let down. Tonight was the final straw. We waited 20mins to not be served whilst watching staff walk about, some aimlessly, who ever the older man at the front counter was, you seemed to be in a position of authority, you need to learn to direct your staff more efficiently.

My partner and I have recently started to come to this Rashays and so far every single experience has been extremely pleasant. The food has always been great, the staff are extremely lovely, and the place has always been clean. Highly recommend to others, we will be returning soon!

I went by myself after work and got a feast. The wings were perfectly cooked and tasty and the cheesy balls were amazing but were made even tastier by the phenomenal tomato relish served with them. The southern style burger was great and I can’t believe someone still does free refills!

Great food, comfortable and friendly. Rashays has consistent quality and a menu with something for everyone. We can get a late meal here when other local restaurants are closed. Easy to see why it is so popular. Love the music videos.

Stuck out in the outdoor undercover area with NO heating and 12 degrees because the overhead heaters don’t work. Served cold, overpriced food. Staff were good but I would never go back and recommend others do the same
