I have a very picky mouth for pho , their pho so far is my favorite in Sydney city area , they use real broth to make pho . How do I know ? Because real broth makes the soup clear and natural fat will be floating upon the soup . I was really sick at work one day , after eating their pho , I feel energetic for the whole afternoon .

It’s a little vietnamese restaurant in the city. It has a good range of soup based dishes. The food tastes so good and they look healthy to eat. It’s huge serving but the smal version looks pricey for a small bowl. The service was quick and people come and go so it would be easy to find a seat as well. A must try.

Pretty good vermicelli (thankfully as that is their name), rice paper rolls are pretty average. Small/crowded ordering and waiting area. All food appears to be provided in takeaway containers even if you are eating on premises. Not a huge amount of seating available.

There was no much flavour in the vermicelli salad bowl, loaded with lettuce, mint, cucumber and the chicken was not crispy. Think from another perceptive, this is the perfect pre-summer meal full of healthy ingredients. The bland taste will assist you with your weight loss goal.

Super fast service. I had a small Laksa and it was perfect size, although the one prawn in it had seen better days. My favourite is the Vermicelli with crispy chicken, which is pure indulgent. Chicken is Christou and the salad bowl is nice and fresh. It comes with the dressing in separate container so you can add as much as you like
