The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful and just what you want on date night. The staff are well presented, attentive and very accommodating. The food however is sub par. We very much enjoyed the pizza and garlic bread the trio of dips was good, pesto tasted a little off though. The pastas however we’re over cooked and my pasta (I believe was the beef Raghu but not 100%) was very bland and had little to no sauce & taste. Partner said carbonara was ok. Will say meat balls were delicious though. Overall we would recommend this place for the dinning experience and that alone. I would definitely not take anyone who is Italian/ knows Italian cuisine as they will be let down. I wish the food was amazing as this could easily be our new date night restaurant if it was.

We ordered a couple of pepperoni/ salami pizzas, which were pretty good. Unfortunately, the spaghetti bolognese dish was quite average, with very little meat and sauce (the dish was dry and a bit tasteless). The service, drinks and atmosphere were fine!

All of the food was delicious. We ordered beef ragu, lasagne and garlic bread. Staff were friendly. We ordered our meals through QR code on our phones. Very busy with people dining in and picking up food.

Overall experience was good, very nice vibe, service is top class, i ll give food a 4 stars not a very big menu. Plus the pizza was not properly cooked, no complaints depending on how busy they are. Overall keep it up. Doing great. Drinks are 5 star.

Group dinner – warning on the app did say 30 minutes wait for food. That’s fine. If the food was worth it. The pasta was not cooked properly. It was stuck together. This was for both adult meals (fettuccini and fusilli) and kids pasta (spaghetti). Carbonara was not nice – dry. The Amatriciana was bland and basically inedible with gluggy pasta with sauce only covering half the pasta. We have been to many other Vapiano restaurants and the standard has never been this low. Suggest they retrain staff on how to cook pasta correctly, since this is a Pizza and Pasta place

Not happy customer at all with a service that i received today…Waited forever for my order Crema Di Funghi to be made ( never ever did I wait this long ) obviously that girl that served me didn’t know what she’s doing…when I finally got my order after longggg waiting I received my take away order in paper bag WITHOUT paper tissues, WITHOUT bamboo cutlery and WITHOUT jelly beans as usual that I get…How on Earth did she thought for me to eat that food WITHOUT cutlery if I bought that to eat in my car or maybe somewhere in a park WITHOUT cutlery, LUCKY for me that I bought that order to eat home…This is THE WORST EVER service that I have received at Orion Vapiano… PLEASE teach your staff what they need to put in TAKE AWAY BAG, we can’t eat take away food WITHOUT the cutlery for God’s sake…they should know the basics and where is the common sense what they need to do…absolutely awful and appalling service…
