came here last night for dinner. the service was lovely, even though there was only one server and they were clearly understaffed she still served us with a smile and was so friendly and helpful. all the food and drinks were so delicious, we particularly enjoyed all the dips. nice ambience, good food, decently priced, will be coming back to try more!

Been to a few different Vapiano branches including the one in Gold Coast and unfortunately the Pomodoro spaghetti on this occasion at this branch was surprising. The spaghetti was very soggy and stuck together. The texture literally felt like a paste.

Great atmosphere, plenty of room whe we went there. The kids pizza was a hit for fathers day – bunny ears! The pizza I had was meat lovers and was very good – maybe a tad over cooked or dry but yeah. Good sizes and gave the kids some lollies at the end of it to head home with.

The ambiance and servers are really good. One of the fewest Italian restaurants with vegan options that too in a margarita pizza. The garlic bread and pizza seemed freshly baked and tasted good. The price is a bit on the higher edge for the taste. The restaurant was totally empty on a Friday afternoon. The escalator is crooked, so you climb on them as stairs.

Ordered the carbonara and it was DELICIOUS. the Mediterranean pizza was also delicious. And the frozen margarita was great. The staff did a great job, although busy the food came out really quickly. Great atmosphere. Loved the touch having fresh basic plants on all tables.

Pasta texture is absolutely criminal. It tastes old, microwaved, and the biting into it feels like biting into wet toilet paper. I prefer canned spaghetti from Coles. At least the garlic bread was crispy but I would rather eat wood than that pasta again. I only finished it because I am 6 ft but weigh less than 70kg so I will eat anything that has any form of protein in it. Feeling burned as I spent 34 dollars altogether. You have been warned. Avoid at all costs.

Great staff and fantastic location. A special shoutout to the Italian server who was warm and provided 5star customer service. The food was a major let down. You can see the base of the pizza in this photo. It was dry, flat and burnt. The pasta was not as fresh as they claimed. If the quality improves this chain will be super successful. The restaurant is aesthetic and spacious.
