We dined as a large group of 14, the food was really good authentic Chinese as was the decor which I don’t think has been updated in at least 30 years, but it adds to the atmosphere. Food could have been a little hotter but they did a great job of all our meals coming out together especially since there was only two staff, one cooking and one taking orders as well as takeaway and / Uber eat orders.

We ordered beef and vegetables, satay combination, fried rice and prawn toast. The beef in both dishes were tough and “chewy”, the combination was padded with large chunks of zucchini and had only beef and a couple of prawns, no chicken or pork. The prawn toast was not toast at all, it was heated bread with undercooked chewy prawns. I often bought food when this was Ling Wah so I expected the same high standard from two spoons, given that our order came to $66.15. The best I can say is the 2 staff members were very friendly.

Two Spoons (formally Ling Wah) is a classic Asian cuisine restaurant establishment. The staff have always been excellent and accommodating, the food tasty. Portion sizes are very generous and reasonably priced, a great place to get your Chinese food fix.

We came here on a recommendation, and were not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious with generous portions for a fair price. The vegetables were fresh and steamed to perfection. Service was excellent throughout. Our food arrived minutes after ordering, even though the place was reasonably busy. We’ll be coming back for more!

The young chef owner runs this restaurant all on his own. He has no staff as its so hard to find anyone. His mum comes to help if he gets busy. The 2 dishes he suggested were Beef rendang and pork belly both were delicious.

Quite upset. My friend and I had gone to dinner here the other night and had a lovely time. We liked the food and service and we were going to tip. Total of everything in our order was $52 but upon leaving we were charged $82. Having already left we had realised just how much we’d been charged extra, but by then it had been too late. Hopefully it was a mistake but I’m very doubtful it was as it’s a massive jump and we were the only people there at the time and served by the same person.
