Toto sushi is a great place to grab a quick bite. I must have been dozens of times in the past few years. Food quality and service are good. Would recommend getting there earlier in the day to avoid queues. I’d recommend the Toto Special chicken roll

I attended the Toto Sushi Food Court Charlestown Square at 6:15pm 15/4/2022. I purchased 2 x servings of the Teriyaki Chicken Rice Rolls. I was unable to even pick them up or remove them from the plastic packaging as they were very soggy and just fell apart. I usually eat these so I knew they weren’t right. I took them back and spoke with the female owner who argued that’s how the Teriyaki Chicken Rice Rolls are. I told her that wasn’t true as I have eaten many before. If you check the images I attached, you will see how they’re supposed to be compared to what I got served.

Great good quality sushi with a lengthy customer queue at 1.30 lunch time whilst there was was only serving, one prepping rolls into a tray, another looking onwards from the back making no contribution to reduce the lengthy queue and a forth strolled in with empty food containers and drink appearing they were just getting back from their lunch.

Usually this place is really good. Never had a complaint before! Today I had a katsu chicken box that was really soggy and falling apart when I picked it up. The tempura veggie was also so soggy and the tempura was like wet and under cooked.

I was served by the absolute rudest of people I have ever met. Huffing and puffing, more grunting actually. I even had to ask for soy sauce and wow wasn’t that an effort for her to pop one in the bag. Toto sushi I will not be back

I’m disgusted with this business. I saw a lady order sushi, and obviously they didn’t like it because she threw it in the bin. About a minute later that same lady walked over to the bin she threw her sushi in, and took it back to the toto shop. I couldn’t believe that the dark ethnic lady took the other lady’s sushi back and gave her a refund. Moral of the story is the ethnic lady resold the sushi that had been in the bin to a kid in a wheelchair, with his carer. This is appalling and the ethnic lady needs a good talking to.

I ordered two tuna avocados and I asked for soy sauce and I didn’t get any. This wasn’t the worst thing of my expierence. I only got one tuna roll and one CHICKEN roll. I am a Muslim and I am not allowed to have any type of meat. Will not be coming back here again
