Saw previous reviews and had to try it. Sadly it did not live up to any expectations. Firstly we were ignored at the order counter for 10 minutes. Had to sit at an uncleanness table (it was cleaned by a nice girl, once we had seated), then the food arrived. What a let down. The fish was over cooked and dry while the potato scallops were undercooked with the potato. The chips were OK but nothing special. I don’t believe we will be back.

The last 3 times we have purchased hot chips from three girls fishing they have been awful. Each time they have been a mixture of cold and old chips. We don’t know if it’s the oil being old, bad quality chips or if the three girls fishing has really drop the ball in their service. It’s very disappointing because it was our “go to” local. Maybe it’s time to bring back the original three girls skipping dinners because the consistency was always there.

Yesterday my wife and I had lunch here for the first time. We have been customers of Three Girls Skipping since it started, so we were keen to try this new venture. We were not disappointed. We ordered whiting with salad and chips, plus a plate of calamari. The latter was cooked just right and we felt guilty not finishing it. However the whiting meals were very filling. Four fillets plus a generous serving of crisp chips and very fresh garen salad (three to choose from,) More than enough. A very satisfying lunch for $52. We will be back.

Grilled Barramundi superb. Never a bad meal here. Not sure if toilet key does all 3 (male, female, disabled) as you have to wait for one (say female) to finish to use the empty male one.

On our second visit they are still doing tasty fish, chips, potato cakes, and sides. Unfortunately the grilled snapper was overcooked and on the dry side. Standards seemed have dropped slightly since our first visit last year.
