Quirky cafe located opposite the stunning Collin’s Park, offering superb coffee, breakfast & lunch. Was originally the iconic Thorne St General store which served the local community for 80 years. This corner store vibe continues today as friends & family gather in one of Wagga’s most stunning locations to catch up over great food & drinks. Customer service is quite unique too, all staff genuinely want you to enjoy your time at the Cafe.

I honestly don’t know how this place isn’t 5 stars.

Wife insists this is the best B&E burger in Wagga. Cafe has a couple of dog friendly outdoor seating areas, one of them undercover in case of rain.

Had a delicious breakfast at Thorne Street cafe. Avo on toast with poached eggs. The dish was well presented and tasted yummy. Coffee was also great. Staff were friendly and could not fault the service. A great cafe tucked away from the main street. They have indoor and outside dining under cover. Definately going back.

Looks pretty good but hollandaise was quite watery and separated – had to ask for extra which was $2. Toast and bacon was a bit burnt.

Managing staff was quite rude. Asking for something as simple as water and glasses for the table and/or to move to a different location out of the wind was such an inconvenience I didn’t bother asking for sugar for my coffee or breakfast. Went to a different location instead. I should add, this was the second time we had come, with the experience being just as bad. Don’t bother.

Great food but absolutely rubbish service. It’s like they’re doing you a favour by servicing you haha food is pretty good but don’t expect to feel like a valued customer. Also quite expensive, $4 for toast and $6 if you forget to order it in the initial order! None of their staff actually want to be there so stay away from them haha
