Definitely a cute place to have a coffee and a light meal. The toasted sandwich plus a couple of sides did take a while to come to the table, but we weren’t in a rush. The kitchen closed at 12:30pm which seemed rather early for a cafe that serves lunch and all day breakfast.

Great little Cafe. I had the egg and bacon roll which was delicious. The bread was soft and sweet, the bacon was crispy, and the egg was fresh. There was no table service so we had to order at the counter, but the food came out very quickly.

Nice cafe located under a windmill near the Bargara waterfront. Coffee was very good. I had Eggs Benedict and bacon. Eggs cooked well with a tasty hollandaise sauce and the serve of bacon was tasty and generous. It came with lashings of rocket and I could have done without it. My wife had the enjoyable breakfast bowl, with pumpkin, avocado and again way too much rocket! Reasonable prices and a nice vibe, although the waitress could have cleaned our table as we sat down – we had to do it ourselves! Otherwise a nice cafe

Had high expectations but unfortunately they weren’t met. The place was busy but not overly so. Food took a long time to arrive and wasn’t hot. Vegetarian corn fritters were good but not outstanding. The waffles looked amazing and were pretty good. It was a cool morning and the grounds are pretty… would be lovely in summer. Blankets were offered but didn’t arrive. Gas heater helped. Attitude of staff was blasé at best. Bathrooms needed attention. For an award winning cafe I was completely underwhelmed.
