Overrated. Unfriendly and rude staff. The staff who took my order, didn’t even look at me and tried to serve someone else at the same time. Pho was below average. Wouldn’t go back.

Love coming to The Urban for a delicious bowl of pho or a banh mi! The food is delicious and coffee is great, but be prepared for a bit of a wait on food as there’s only typically one staff member taking orders and preparing food/coffees. Well worth the wait every time in my opinion – but something to be aware of. Would *love* a dine-in option where the food isn’t served in takeaway cardboard bowls, but that’s just me being picky now. Thanks for always serving delicious Vietnamese food!
