Great venue for cheap Mexican food. Interesting and quirky decor. The frozen margarita wasn’t ready but they offered me a regular one for the same price. We ate nachos and tacos which were tasty. Good to see young people working for a good cause.

The place was ok. Nicely decorated and the staff friendly. Food came out quickly and everyone in my group ate at the same time.

Pretty much liked the atmosphere better than the food! Food was average, vegetarian Nachos was big portion, my friend ordered halloumi and beef nachos. Staff are friendly, looks like a good place for socialising or having a drink rather than food.

I love the place! Good food and great atmosphere but what I love the most is it’s purpose… It is a volunteer driven social enterprise, profits go for supporting overseas projects for disadvantage communities.

Great cantina style eatery! Nachos were humongous. Only $10 on Thursdays. Burrito was missing some meat and filling though, felt more like rice. Great overall place. Flavours were on point!

Spectacular restaurant. It’s not for profit and run by volunteers. They make some of the best nachos ever (pulled pork highly recommended in any dish) and the vibe is really cool. I went for Taco 2 for 1 Tuesdays and $10 nacho Mondays and it was amazing. The staff are nice and very helpful with any questions I might’ve had about the food and drinks. A Jack Daniels and coke is about $8, cheapest I’ve found in Sydney so far and there happy hour deals are good too. They also have Uber eats which is good for lazy nachos Fridays on the couch.

The food was just fine! Nothing special on that side, while I think it is a bit over priced: $13.5 for a burrito! The atmosphere is fun though remind me of the Mexican restaurants back in the States

I get it’s volunteer run and all, and the place has nice vibes but the food is not great. The burritos were mostly rice and the massive nacho thing we got to share had slightly stale tasting chips and was not very flavorful

Where do I start? Big blackboard above the bar $10 margaritas, that will be $16, explanation was that’s happy hour, nowhere on the board stipulated that. All volunteers running the place? It’s a Jesuit run operation and very cultist with religious iconography everywhere. Food and drinks are over priced. Sorry I don’t buy the whole charity caper.
