The worst experience in Townsville, turned up on time for my reservation only to be told they have a function and are fully booked. Showed them my confirmed reservation and was told I could sit at the bar and get food. Don’t waste your time with this well below par hotel.

Stayed at the hotel and dined here for breakfast and dinner. Was pleasantly surprised. Food quality and taste was well above average. Good portions,well cooked, good produce, nice presentation and wait staff well trained and friendly. The strudel was a winner. I would recommend it.
