Fantastic selection of pies, cakes, sandwiches & more all presented beautifully. Just travelling through Emerald and came across this great bakery. Will be back again whilst I’m in town. Lovely staff too. Well done.

The interior is fitted out nicely and looks good. The range of products was ok. I had a pastie and apple turnover. The pastie tasted OK but the filing seemed to be a mixture of sausage roll filling with a couple of bits of potato in there to give it that vegetable look. In my experience so far in Queensland, I have not encountered one correctly made pastie. They just don’t seem to get the concept of what a pastie is. Please please please do not put sausage roll filling in pastry and call it a pastie.
