I’m an Indian nut, I love the food. I’m super critical and my favourite Indian restaurants are a night in India toowong, Ceylon inn graceville, Kathmandu kitchen kingscliffe, Jasmine (Adelaide, Indian team signed cricket bats on display). As a walk in I was pretty happy with the service and found a picture of the chef with the Indian prime minister (nuff said) and I had my beef nisha, aloo matter, 2 naans, onion pakoras in about 25 mins, and the restaurant was busy with phone orders on a Friday night. Got the food home and my wife and I were in heaven, probably the best Aloo matter that I had ever tasted, and my beef nisha (deep orange colour) was to die for, very nutty flavour and sweet and tasty and medium heat was spot on, the meat was lean. Naans were quite large and tasty (garlic, cheese and spinach). Pakoras had a nice spice mixed in with the chickpea flour. For me it’s consistency wether you can go back a week later or 3 months later and order the same meal and it tastes the same.

Only worth visiting if the Owner Manish Patel is working. His crew has no interest in running the shop, can’t be bothered serving customers and want to knock off early on a Friday night when you expect things to be busiest. Can literally hear the front staff member yelling to the cook “I have no idea what they want” in Indian.

I use to come a fair bit 12 months ago. Would of reviewed it as a five. Today the owner who served me did not say hello or goodbye and just asked for my money. Beef Madras was very ordinary. Dry grisly and tough. I dont think i will be back.

They make fantastic Indian food and if you’re a vegetarian you could perhaps opt to get some “paneer” in your sauce instead of a meat. We got that in our takeaway today and it was very good.

If you like sauce with about 3 bits of a protein in each dish order spicy papadum. Some of the worst Indian ever. Got take away and every dish was mostly sauce with nothing in it.

Visited with my friends and family today. Quality of food was very poor, not at all fresh food. Served cold food, on complaining, waitress was so rude.

Eaten a lot of Indian food across Aus in some of the best Indian restaurants. I must say the food in this place is just as good, value for money is fantastic.

We usually go to “India Today” in Maroochydore, but we thought we’d try something a little closer to home… What a mistake… Seriously disappointed… The butter chicken and chicken korma were over-spicy and tasteless… The naan bread was a good size but very dry… Oh well, you live and learn… Back to “India Today” I guess…

Don’t bother with this place. They never answer the phone so you cannot even order. Its a shame because the food is really good, but their customer service is really quite appalling.
