We only use free range chicken and local beef and cater for vegans with our vegetarian range. Even the Trinidad chilies are grown at home.

This place has a very high overall rating for a very good reason – the roti’s are delicious! I wrongly assumed that these were Indian roti, but they are, in fact, Caribbean. I came here twice on my trip to Cairns, which is something I wouldn’t normally do, especially as there are a lot of places to choose from locally. I tried both the chicken and prawn ones with the chicken being the winner in my opinion. The staff are friendly and the owner (I’m presuming here) is particularly cheerful and welcoming. Top drawer grub and service.

What a great little find, had a chicken roti and the hot sauce was spot on, treat yourself to a little bit of Trinidad whilst in Cairns.

The tortilla was amazingly good. It was soft, not too thick, chewy perfect. The fillings however fell a little short on my expectations, I had the wild prawn and it didn’t really give a kick. Little cozy shop with quick service and kind staff. Recommended if you want something quick.
