Wonderful little Cafe. I went on a Saturday mid morning and it wass very busy but the staff handled it perfectly. Coffee was lovely, as was the food. I had the hotcakes with extra bacon. Very tasty.

This was my ‘go to’ breakfast Cafe in Port Fairy as it appeared to be the only one open early enough after a beach walk. Great coffee and always seating available early. Generous sized breakfasts. Porridge was delicious and filling but sadly no poached rhubarb included as on the menu. Young friendly staff and exceptionally clean.

Generous meals. It was busy when e walked past at breakfast time, so we came back for lunch.

The lady making the coffee was quite rude when I asked about swapping out meat from the big breakfast. Fine if you don’t do substitutes but no need to be rude about it. Also don’t bother with the corn fritters, they were so rubbery and just stuck to my teeth. I ended up eating the avocado and egg so I actually got something for my money. My partner had the mushrooms on toast with eggs and the eggs were undercooked. Coffee was just as bad.

The food was delicious but just some limitations. The corn fritters stick to your teeth, if you’re not a fan of food sticking in your teeth then be careful.

The Mill was busy. In enjoyed the Big Mill and was pleasantly surprised with the sweet potato – a great addition. The coffees took a while to arrive but were worth the wait.
