Worst Maccas I’ve been too. The printers on half the ordering machines weren’t working and weren’t showing order numbers either. I told the staff, they just kept shouting out order numbers despite several people telling them they didn’t know the number. Delivery drivers were getting pissed because staff would say (they should have been shouting or at least projecting their voice) the delivery number and then the brand. There wasn’t enough room for the delivery driver queue so they just blocked the counter. My quarter pounder was like warm at best. The only positive from the whole experience is the shake machine was actually working.

Order in car this morning Was so difficult. Person taking order was clearly not listening as we had to keep correcting the order. Meanwhile 2 cars in the other lane ordered and past thru while we are still trying to get our order correct. Then we had to head to waiting bay and when 1 part of the order was brought out staff weren’t sure it was correct so had to go back inside to check. This was so difficult 1 of our group didn’t order their breakfast because of the way we were being treated by employee. Not good enough !

This store is unreliable with delivery orders. Every time, there’s something missing, a burger with half the ingredients, half full chips, the wrong sauce, cold HOT cakes with no syrup, butter OR cutlery. The managers are unreasonable and unprofessional. They have lost business from us and those we have in contact. How is this store still open with such poor efforts.

Restaurant seating area was filthy. Rubbish hanging out of unemptied bins. Rubbish on and under tables. Service staff more concerned with doing Uber orders than attending to orders of customers instore. Food was left to get cold while Uber orders were completed. Bathrooms were in a terrible state. Y’all gotta stop telling people that come late at night that you can’t take their order due to a system update they can pay cash and you enter it later unless it’s at the part where you physically can’t check the prices which only takes a few minutes anyways. Or it’s the big monthly update which does take a little longer then usual.

Why do Maccas say their coffee is the best when you rarely ever get a good coffee from their outlets. The ones I got today were disgusting, and I’m tired of paying for extra shots, that you obviously don’t get!

On their board, the item was $2, but when we had to pay, they told us it qas $3.40. We advised that it’s not right as it is false advertising. The manager defended it by saying our Sundae prices went up for a whole month before we changed the price on the board. Never going back to this MacDonald’s.
