The Meatball & Wine Bar was an absolute pleasure, the food is incredible. My personal favourite so far is the Pork Meatballs with creamy mushroom and truffle oil pasta, absolutely delicious. The cheeseboard was fantastic too. Highly recommend, the team have been so lovely and welcoming. Definitely coming back.

First time in The Maetball & Wine Bar and I am quite impressed with the mocktails, a lovely surprise, you just mention the flavour and the bartender looks after you without to struggle what drink to choose. The environment is a typical bar style with nothing to be in special with the only difference that the music was a bit louder for Sunday night dinner and it was giving you this situation like have a quick bite and go. However, the menu is short, good enough, but the food is like a bit average. For me the sodium must be reduced a bit, especially in the fishballs which I combined with creamy mushroom sauce and risotto, all my friends enjoy the meals. Not to say that with the wine list can get lost, such a huge variety of good brands. Of course, I have to mention that the service was very professional and all waiters looked after you with smile. I reckon that you have to give a try and share your opinion!

Love the cozy atmosphere and moody lighting!! Don’t underestimate the pasta serve, couldn’t finish it all it was very filling. The pesto one had a bit too much pesto overall but tasted good. The beef meatballs were the best, super juicy and great flavour. A bit on the pricey side. Pasta and wine equals great dinner location to eat out with the friends.

The perfect sized menu filled with all the Italian staples. Meatballs were filled with so much flavour and pasta was cooked to Al Dente perfection. All the classic Italian aperitif drinks on offer too. Our only negative comment would be that we booked about a week in advance for a Sunday dinner, and we were seated on a table right beside the entrance door, and that is not always fun in Melbs winter time 🙁
