Not the friendliest customer service & no taste testing the ice creams even tho we went in non peak season. Flavours not the best I had macadamia which tasted like vanilla ice-cream with nuts in it. My partner got a choc top with nuts. Cost 10.50$ and had maybe 10 peanuts on it. We later lost a phone and just went in there to ask if it had been found or handed in. The lady worker barely even looked at our face as she said NO .

Icecream was relatively nice and we came by on a pretty quiet day so were served quite quickly. Staff were friendly but felt it was very strange that they don’t allow tastings. Been around the world to so many icecream places… Never been refused to taste test, but I get that it’s their shop and they make the rules! Bit disappointing though as it comes across as very unfriendly and makes the experience less enjoyable. I hope tourists don’t take it as commonplace as an Australian thing 🙁 Otherwise, the icecream itself was nice and it’s in a lovely spot. They offer milkshakes and thickshakes too which is tempting.

An amazing collection of ice creams. Staff are friendly and service is quick, even when there’s a line out the door. Very popular place for an afternoon treat or an after dinner dessert with a walk around the marina.
