Made a last minute booking and we were so pleasantly surprised. The food was exquisite! The flavours were paired so well with each of the dishes, the proteins were cooked perfectly, the sauces were divine. You can tell the chef has taken care in selecting this menu. Will be back for butchers cuts!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Our server was Molly she was exceptional and made our lunch experience special. She was attentive, bubbly and so helpful. The food was fresh and delicious and each course arrived at the table in good time. Even though it was a small menu there was something different for each of us. We all were very full after and couldn’t do dessert which was a shame cause it looked delicious. The bill was Around $55 each including 2 rounds of drinks which was very reasonable and satisfying. We had a great table by the window with fabulous views over the surf at Ocean Grove main beach. Not keen on the booths seating a bit uncomfortable.

Had the Barramundi which was amazing. My wife had an artichoke meal which she loved. My only concern was that as I have multiple food sensitivities I often need to take things out of meals which affect me. This is not something they do which I found disappointing and limited my meal choices. Great food but they don’t mix and match well to accommodate food sensitivities well

I ate here 3 years ago and gave a very bad review, but they have made some changes to the menu and the food quality so I’ve give the food 5 stars. One of the wait staff was excellent – she was friendly and attentive, the other less so and I’ve downgraded Service by one star. The atmosphere was great, can’t complain with the view, but I’ve downgraded this by a point because of the re-hashed 80’s music. When will restauraunteurs identify that interesting music is an important aspect of the dining experience?

We had a lovely, super yummy dinner at The Dunes – service was excellent and was a very nice setting. Would like to especially point out the great way staff handled allergies – they were prompt in giving us allergen free menus (which is amazing!! Thank you for having these, so great) and very helpful in answering questions, communicating between us and the kitchen and adapting meals to meet dietary requirements. Thank you so much for a lovely dinner, food and drink were delicious and staff were super friendly, calm, and put me right at ease in regards to allergies.
