Had a fabulous lunch here. It was a Monday so not crowded. Just such pleasant surroundings. They don’t have a very big vegetarian selection but what they do have was excellent. I had two share plates for my main – the glazed Bundaberg figs and the roasted hinterland mushrooms! So tasty. My partner even ordered another mushroom share plate because it was so good. He had the casarecce pasta – which was very tasty too – but he did wish he had ordered the mushrooms earlier and added to his pasta. Staff were great.

Somebody put a lot of effort into the Doonan. It is large and holds lots of people. The generous plants throughout keep the noise down. While my husband and his friend enjoyed their food, my friend and my food was very disappointing.

Wow. This place is stunning. Not a lot of indoor seating, but the outdoor areas are great. Large play area for the kids and even the toilets were impressive lol. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the staff were all lovely. Definitely planning another visit.

Do yourself a favour and visit The Doonan, you will not be disappointed! The design of this stunning venue is incredible. so much seating area, and the food was incredible! This will definitely become a family favourite this winter. Sitting by the fireplace with a cocktail was the perfect ending to a perfect night. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space.

What a great place with an amazing atmosphere. The decor and building is beautiful. The food was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our lunch and would highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Wow! What a venue and experience. The service was top notch from the moment we walked in. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and the food was so delicious!! We came on a busy Saturday afternoon and the lovely staff found us a place to sit and our food was so out so quickly! I could have spent the entire day here eating and drinking. We’ll be back, that’s for sure!

Lots of families having fun and a good time, perfect day out. Mums and dads can relax while kids play on the green grass. Nice pizza also helps. A must do and worth the drive. Do recommend.
