A nice restaurant with beautiful views. Food was lovely. I had satay chicken starter that was great and duck in plum sauce with a small fried rice. It was plenty to fill the belly of a hungry person. Only reason i did not give 5 stars is because some staff did not seem so welcolming and missed the service with a smile training. It was more like put the foos or drinks down and walk away. There was a young fella tgeir who did the welcome training and was very plesant.

While visiting from Melbourne our friends took us here for what turned out to be an absolutely fabulous lunch! The food was delicious. The chicken satay was beautifully cooked, with a nice subtle flavour. Do you yourself a favour & order the roast duck.. it was agreed by all at the table , to be the best we’d had in a long time.

Such a beautiful setting, but let down by the food. Dry meat on the boa buns, split/watery sauce with our curries. Not worth the trip to Bowen

We went in a very busy Saturday night and it was fairly frantic, however our service experience was good. The food was great with some dishes over and above standard Aussie Chinese fare – such as the deep fried eggplant. It’s does feel a little functional from a atmosphere perspective but it delivers generous portions of good food. Recommended.

A pleasant little restaurant that has outdoor seating and tasty food. I had the sweet and sour combination and the flavoring of the food was very well balanced and the serving size was perfect. I heard no complaints from other party members and we all left satisfied. I recommended this place for some yummy Chinese and Thai food.

Read other peoples reviews so we gave it a try. The food was lovely. Driving distance of 10 muns from queens beach where we stayed. The staff were lovely and the reviews were much what they said. Relaxing atmosphere looking across to the water.

The actual food wasn’t too bad. We came with a large group (20-25), about 5 of us ordered the entree of pork buns which came out and they were empty inside so they all went back to the kitchen. They took quite a while to come back out and it was 1 slice of pork with a bit of sauce in the middle of the bun which wasn’t great and they were cold. The soups came out before anyone else got their meals so we had finished before everyone had started. The rice also took ages to come out with meals. The deep fried ice cream was disgusting. Usually it’s in a batter and fried. This was a hard frozen ball of ice cream rolled in coconut and flame torched on the outside then put back in the fridge. The inside was so hard you bent the spoon trying to eat it. It wasn’t even warm on the outside so definitely wasn’t made to order. One guy said the sizzling steak with oyster sauce was terrible. Really lacked any flavour. Really disappointed. I get they were busy and all but still. On a brighter note the kids meals were ok and they seemed to like it and the main meals were pretty good. I might try this place again as maybe this was a once off.

The food and stunning beach views make this restaurant well worth the trip. Indoor or outdoor dining options and the food never disappoints. Our family have returned here since its opening and never had a bad experience.

It’s a bit tricky to find the entrance to this place. Once you drive up the road to the apartments building on your left drive in the carpark where you will find the restaurant.

We only come here once a year when we travel and it never disappoints us. The food is absolutely delicious, the staff last night ( 13th July 2023) were so friendly and nice, the service was great and they make the best Espresso Martinis. It is always the highlight of our stay in Bowen
