Ordered pancakes and big breakfast. The pancakes were frozen and even the berrys as well. The English breakfast had uncooked salad. It was the worst that we have been to so far

The girl who was serving at the front was abrupt, snappy and bordering on rude. I felt l was intruding and doing the wrong thing by taking my time to peruse the menu. I placed my order and waited. She continued to handle the till, handle money and the proceeded to go make people’s juices – no washing of hands or wearing of gloves. I prayed the staff in the kitchen preparing my order had better food handling practices

Have been coming here often over the years, unsure if they’ve had a change in management but the place has definitely gone down hill. Recent visit this weekend.. Food wasn’t hot, chips came out almost cold for my sisters burger. Ordered the big breakfast, bacon was extremely over cooked & so hard to chew. Had literal birds at our feet whilst eating lol! It’s seen better days that’s for sure.

Came here for a brunch and had high expectations as the coffee club is known for their beautiful breakfasts. We decided to try something new instead of having our usual breakfast however in the end we decided to just stick to our usual from the coffee club next time we visit and eat.

I used to work here and I can confirm all the negativity which is why I left. I have seen cockroaches and bugs in the ice dispenser, the management only putting half the amount of shots/syrups needed for the drinks and me being in trouble for putting the right amount of shots and syrups, the eggs benedict not cooked fresh, and coffee shots being stored for the next day (ew). Management was often rude to the customers and sometimes I’d be forced to say things I didn’t want to say to the customers.

It’s a nice location and the coffee was ok however the staff were quite rude. I asked if I could split a payment and the response was “pick one or the other” and after requesting dine-in our coffee was brought out in takeaway cups.

Been here 2 times in the past month the place smells of urine. I had an omlette that I couldn’t finish due to the smell. Birds fly in the inside eating area. Will not be going back
