Cooks done an excellent job with our food however the wait staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. We asked to move tables due to it being to small for the 3 of us + my son to sit at and they started being snappy to my mum. The whole time after moving tables we received dirty looks off of all the staff. The young girl collecting plates just walks up to your table and takes the plates without saying a word regardless of whether you’re finished or not. Stopped in on a rainy afternoon and despite being quite busy, our orders arrived quickly. The service was excellent. The young woman who took our order was lovely. You need to order at the counter, which I don’t love, but I think it’s fairly common these days. I do like that you can get breakfast AND lunch all day. The loose leaf tea is served in a big pot, which gives at least three cups. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the calamari was surprisingly good. I thought it might be chewy, but it was tender and juicy. Great spot for lunch or a snack. They also put all of the calories for each item next on the menu, if you’re interested in that kind of thing

We ordered an avo on toast and eggs benedict with bacon. Never expect the pics in the menu to be served in your table. They are nothing alike. When I claimed that my eggs benedict didn’t have spinach and ask them to add them, it was like the manager got offended instead of apologising for the mistake. He even didn’t apologise when he brought my dish back to the table. Pretty bad service.

Ordered a big breakfast. Our poached eggs arrived hard boiled, staff didn’t care. Spinach was terrible. Food made us sick later on too. Definitely don’t recommend.

We went there today for breakfast we all ordered eggs Benedict The first one came out with completely hard poached eggs we had to send them back and then my daughter and I got ours just on the bacon and toast with no spinach or the extra things that were mentioned in the menu. My daughters were hard mine were ok. It’s definitely gone downhill since the last time I went there

We had a late, flat white, English breakfast, 2 chicken sweet potato pesto and a chicken burger. Out of 5 things we had, the only thing that was delicious, was the burger. All of our coffees were weak and tasted like water. Thoroughly disappointed.
