Waited almost an hour for our bacon and eggs, even though there were only a few people dining there. Finally came out and all our meals were cold. Two of us had mushrooms, which were burnt and cold, not to mention that we only got a couple of little pieces each.

Absolutely atrocious treatment and I won’t be back or recommend. Was abused by the manager asking “what’s your problem” I was shocked as just tried to order my breakfast. The aggression was completely unacceptable and attack unprovoked.

Looks like in house service is a lower priority and Uber eats orders are first above all else, sad for in store clients. Once Uber orders completed and 40 minutes later received drinks, 45 minutes later food shame it was dry and burnt. We complained and asked for 2 drinks and received only one..so again ignored, no customer service or even care. Am I or other at table happy…..not even close- But dogs happy with food!

Got Drink and meal order wrong. Poached eggs runny came out had and breakfast was cold, drink order for no cream came out with cream. So had a couple bites of breakfast and lost the desire to finish. Felt disappointed paid for a meal I did not enjoy or finish.

Came for a brunch on a weekend. I appreciate how the staff told us that there’s a waiting period for the food. I totally understand hospitality can be busy especially on a weekend and this Christmas holiday. So thank you for your service.

Really bad. Cheesy eggs had no cheese and the eggs weren’t actual eggs but powdered. Brought it to the attention of one of the girls working there and worse thing….No follow up. McDonald’s does better and that’s saying something!

I was surprised when I received my chocolate thick shake and found that the straw was paper. I think that it’s the first café I’ve been to that has shown initiative in the help to save the environment.
