The only Japanese hotpot and sushi buffet in Brisbane! Well run and great quality considering it’s $35pp for weekday lunch and around $50 for dinner. There’s also a hot food bar with fried dishes and fried rice etc. Have been here many times, wonderful venue for families, groups and functions in their private room!

Nice place ! Cute sushi and hotpot combined place, but since it’s both sushi and hotpot I found the selection to be pretty limited in both areas. Because you’re getting 2 types of food they don’t have as much selection but it was still good. Like they only had 2 types of hotpot meats. But overall good experience with my friends!

This place has always been a staple when it comes to family gatherings and dinners. Shabuhouse is able to hold multiple people; however, it does help making reservations as it can tend to get fairly busy.

Great service, friendly staff, food is continually coming out so the buffet is always full. Great atmosphere and delicious food. Loved the experience of cooking my own food. It was our first time so the waiter explained how to cook at the table. 5 different soup flavors and a huge variety if options! I’d definitely go again. Left feeling satisfied and full.

Went up against this all you can eat shabu shabu and sushi buffet, and only lasted about 1.5 rounds. Enjoyed it though – reasonable value and good variety of food for $35 per head (Fri/Sat lunch pricing; dinner is $46 Mon-Thu / $49 weekends/public holidays).
