Food was ok, some was a bit greasy. Not much selection that was ready to go. But not impressed that couldn’t get full strength coca cola drink! But why is there display cabinets full of cake, cookies & slices! I don’t drink tea or coffee, which I sure I could of got a sugar satchel but cant enjoy a full sugar coke! Shouldn’t it be my choice what I can buy & consume…

Went here today. I had ordered a coffee only although it was quite busy, they managed to make the coffees fast and efficient. If you like strong coffee, make sure you ask for an extra shot. I did forget to ask. However, it was still pretty good.

Worst service I’ve ever had. I am staying with my relative in palliative care which is stressful enough. First day ordered scrambled eggs with avocado got fried eggs with avo on toast and pepper which i am allergic too. When i took it back the woman was very rude, accused me of asking for salt and pepper, made a big fuss of throwing it in the bin and then threw a stainless steel bucket on the floor.

Let’s be honest, they have a captive audience – there is no competition and as a result, staff are rude at best, making you feel like they are doing us a favour just being there. Given the number of staff working, I don’t understand how the service is so slow.

Very good coffee and it was lovely to sit outside with my friend who is a patient so she could see her dog who she hadn’t seen for days …

Very disappointed that on a Saturday the cafe tea and coffee was not available from 2:30 in the afternoon. I did not realise that there were no patients or visitors requiring refreshments on Saturday afternoons. They could have more vegan options. The vending machine was good.
