Bought an Iced Mocha with Lactose free milk (my usual order) this morning. I took it and had a couple of sips. I placed my drink down in the staff room and served some customers as i work in the centre. After 5 or so mins i went to get my drink and noticed that half of my drink was practically gone. That’s when I realised i basically had 70% foam and whip cream. My manager encouraged me to take it back and i did. I spoke to a young man and told him my concerns and he immediately tried to assist, but after chatting with his colleagues he came back and told me that ‘it’s beyond their control’ as i drank from it while the staff were snickering behind him. They tried to offer other solutions but for some reason they can’t remake the drink that i ordered. It’s so disappointing to have experienced this kind of service especially getting charged $7.80 for a drink that was barely worth what i paid for. Money is not an issue, but feeling like i was being ridiculed for complaining is another.

Ordered a small caramel latte and a flat white got a large latte and a latte. Service girl was rude and laughed when I asked if they deal bulk order price reduction on macaroons I.e. if I bought $30 is it still $3 per macaroon. It’s a perfectly normal question. I used to love this place but the coffee has gone down hill and so has the food.

The cakes here are to die for, my personal favorite cake is BAMBOLEO. It is my go to for any Occassions. Their miniature cakes are are very cute and appealing to eat. Wherever there’s a LeBon Choix I always sit down to order the Almond croissant and a regular cappuccino. So good. A must try, I highly recommend it.
