Out of all the places that we dined out in Byron, I was looking forward to this one the most ! And boy was I disappointed. The brisket had a great flavour but was barely warm at best and very dry . The ribs were just cold . The Mac and cheese was no better than easy Mac . There was zero social distancing in such a small venue . Very very disappointing

For a man that loves his smoke houses; This was a great find tucked away in the heart of Byron Bay. We shared the Ribmaster platter and were not disappointed. The Brisket stole the spotlight and stood out as the best melting away in the mouth. The chicken a succulent second. Sides balanced the meat feast nicely, but be warned, the Mac & Cheese is super cheesey.

Picked up a pack of the pre cooked oven ready portion of Pulled Pork for a quick and easy dinner that night. So easy, no fuss and ready in 15 minuets, was amazing, juicy and tender, just the way i wish i could cook it. Might try the brisket next but would be hard to pass upon the pork. Website says they offer take away but no mention they have limited food or the need to pre-order. Thus it was a little frustrating to rock up to order some take away only to be told they’ve already sold out. Then the hostess wanted to smile and laugh it off. Thanks for ruining an evening and then rubbing it in my face.
