Wonderful dinning experience here. The staff are nice. We have ordered a crab pie and sandwich which is full of fresh meat. The pie is more creamy with sweet onions. We went there so early, so easy to park my motorhome just outside the shop.

Not quite a restaurant, more like a servo cafè. The Crab sandwich I had was very basic and had no frills. Just two slices of supermarket bread with a little bit of spread on them, and then crabmeat. The crabmeat was very tasty and plentiful, so definitely the sandwich’s saving grace. There’s definitely room for improvement but if you just want a no-frills Crab sandwich this place will do.

Stopped in to get prawns as the road side sign said “fresh prawns”… which they are not. After getting them home to peel, we realise they were not fresh. Called the shop to let them know they needed to check their product to be told by the apparent manager that I was “just whinging”. Wanting to speak to someone who had some customer service skill, I wanted to speak to an actual manager and was given owners phone number. The owner told me they are bought in green and cooked in store, but are brought in 5kg boxes that were “frozen at bundaberg the week before”

We ordered the crab sandwich and croc burger. The sandwich comes in cold and not toasted. However, the crab meats are berry fresh and tasty. The croc burger with mince croc meat rather than a patty. I was a bit disappointed. It is still worth to try if you are stopping by this town.

Had to try the crab sandwich. Unfortunately no mud crab when we were there so spanner crab it was. Busy little servo/shop, nice service, food was good. I would like to see more crab on the sandwich and would pay a bit more, otherwise the sandwich was made fresh and crab was fresh. $10.90 for spanner crab sandwich and $6.95 for the crab pie.

Really is not a restaurant but we bought prawns for cook at home and crabs balls for eat in the way and was delicious. The lady was extremely friendly and helpful putting ice in the bag of the prawns.
