The tall girl with black hair who worked yesterday was extremely rude to me. I will post this on Chinese platform as well. The manager was nice but the workers there were bullies. Please give them some proper training in attitude and manner. Yesterday was the second time I went there. I can’t eat spicy food, the first time I ordered a pai thai it wasn’t spicy at all, but the one I ordered yesterday was too spicy I couldn’t eat it. So I asked them nicely if I could have another one that’s not spicy. And the workers there were rude and didn’t listen to my explanation at all. I had to call the manager and explain again, she was very nice and helpful. And when the tall girl with black hair gave me the non-spicy one, she said” You can get free food today but you can’t do this again to get free food next time.” As if I didn’t pay and beg them for food. Definitely the most disgusting and traumatic experience I’ve ever had in any restaurants.

Had horrible experience. I ordered chilli basil and it was too dry without sauces, there was barely any sauce and I went to request the staff to add some vegan sauce, the staff was giggling in front of me and literally added first thing that was available. Very rude customer service and horrible food. Other Thailanders are quite nice but this one I would not recommend. “Please don’t try here”

Went here after having this place recommended by a Thai Friend. It was super delicious and well affordable. Also their system of mixing your own food should fit every possible taste and diet. The service was very friendly. Definately a recommendation!
