Went on International Wings Day. It was a disorganised mess. Floor staff + Manager had no idea what the promotion their own restaurant was running. No one could verify the T&C’s. Paying the bill at the end took 10+ minutes for every paying customer as it was a massive struggle to apply the discount coupon.

We had burgers, chips along with few other food items as well as drinks here during the Perth trip. We enjoyed everything. Service was quick and food tasted amazing. Staffs were very helpful and professional. Salmon was perfect and same with the fish and chips.

All in all a very pleasant dining experience. The staff were very friendly. Wanted to give 5 stars but lost a star for the fries not being hot and our appetiser came out too close to our mains so we didn’t have time to eat it.

First time at TGI Fridays, keep hearing about this US institution, people raving on about the food. Well our visit was awesome, being looked after by the professional and friendly Onyx, her help in making us feel welcome and informed was great. Michael, took our order and was very descriptive to assist our meal choices.

Had me and a few family members in for dinner. My son ate free and we all had steak with a few sides. All the steak were cooked to our liking. The calamari was delicious, not chewy at all. The staff were amazing and the cocktails were great too

My chicken burger was great but the chips came out stone cold with no salt. Service was lacking with my only drink (coke) arriving well after the meal. I could see they were under staffed and although stressed, were very friendly.

Great dinner with the kids after a movie. Food was tasty and servings generous. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Kids eat free with purchase of an adult meal $25 and over was a great option, as were the happy hour bites on the menu. Desserts were delicious. Overall a great family restaurant. I hadn’t been to TGI Fridays since visiting NYC nearly 20 years ago but next time I definitely won’t leave it so long between visits!
