The staff were friendly but the long wait for the food was 47min which I believe there was only one cook, also the the buns were 4-5 days old according to the texture as picture shown below and dirty glasses. I don’t like to comment on reviews like this but it all comes down to Management and how the place is run.

Absolutely amazing service. The employees are super kind and make food fit for the King! I would recommend this for parties or get togethers with family as they have a playground to keep the kids entertained while you have a chat. Overall amazing place for everyone! Definitely recommend.

I can probably understand why they have received bad reviews in the past. This has prompted me to definitely leave a review. Yes we waited 15 mins for 2 coffees. However they are seriously understaffed. The service was friendly and apologetic and the coffee was great.

Hour wait with no apology. Was out of two food items, hash browns were burnt and never received kids shakes. Didn’t bother asking as we didn’t have another 30 minutes to wait again for drinks. Another table waited 45 mins for fairy bread. One of 3 tables so not peak rush.
