I love the food from this store especially being coeliac and it being one of the only GF chicken and chip shops. However it is always really disappointing that every time I call up to order I am told it will be ready in 15 minutes and end up waiting for 30, in some cases more. I have ordered from here numerous times and this is always the case which is very frustrating. Please if you are busy or behind just say so on the phone so people don’t come and have to sit around waiting longer. If it is the policy to pay before food is made, this needs to be communicated and payment can then be made over the phone.

Moved into the area and ordered from them a couple of times. However recently I ordered a Hawaiian Pack but substituting the chicken for fish. Other takeaways have been able to accommodate this request. However I was told they couldn’t do it, even though they have fish and chips as a menu item. Like they just lost a customer. My family won’t be going back to buy anything from them in the future.
