A very bad business ethics. The google page clearly says that restaurant opens at 10:30 am. I have been at the shop in the past and they did serve me at 10:30 am or a few minutes past. But I went there twice after 10:30 and there is this one particular person you denies to serve untill 11. I even told him that the google page says you open at 10:30 and he rudely said that “I don’t know about that but we open at 11”. Why do a false advertising of opening time when you don’t even open at 10:30. There are people out there who see the opening hours and come to the shop. Change your hours or serve the customer.

Hoped to get some fried chicken. placed my order first but the owner had decided to give all the fried chicken away to someone else behind me in the queue. Horrendous experience. Not even an apology or any regret from the owner. Worst thing is I had already paid for it but the other customer had not. Dishonest and poor business principles. Never going back. Looking forward to the KFC opening instead.
