Wow !!!! Absolutely WOW I totally loved this ice cream. Staircase to heaven your soul will be sold that’s how good it was. I literally went to heaven and stayed there till the last bite. Great ice cream shop with lots of flavours to choose from. Good range of milkshake flavours – even lime and spearmint. Good coffee and a great selection of lollies. There’s even some exotic soft drink like grape Fanta and cherry Dr Peppers.

Staff could use customer service training. Reading through the reviews i am not the only one with the same issue. Staff not interested in entertaining customers. Learning to smile would also go along way if only they were interested to do so. As per the ice cream, we have been here twice during spring and both times the weather was cold and raining. All the ice cream we ordered started melting in our hands even before we got out of the door. This happened on both of our visits. Aside from the ice cream melting rapidly soon after being scooped, flavors are ok…. it is ice cream anyways. I didn’t enjoy the experience from the staff and the easily melting ice cream. I hope that staff are given training on customer service.

We had an atrocious experience in this store. My family and I are from Sydney and we decided to visit this store as we heard good things about it. We have a big family with kids who were keen to buy some ice cream. The store owners told us there was too many of us and kept telling us we can’t touch anything (our kids were not even touching anything). The people in the store were straight up racist, saying things about our family under their breaths. We were fed up with this maltreatment so we walked out and the person working the store said we were ‘weird’. Atrocious and horrible experience!! They were not welcoming at all. Never again will we come to this store.

Great ice cream with (too) generous serves. Double scoops are too much for one adult let alone a child but they don’t allow 2 flavours in kids cones? Seems odd that it’s impossible, just reduce the scoop size!
