Must say that my experience was truly delightful. Chilly Chicken Burger combined the flavors of crispy chicken, a tangy chili sauce, and fresh vegetables, all nestled between a soft bun. Bulgogi’s marinade had a harmonious balance of sweet and savory flavors, infusing the meat with a rich taste. Love it!!!

The japchae was on point. It was tasteful, with a hinge of soy souce and a bit of garlic. The bulgogi and spicy pork on rice were delicious, once you can taste sweetness, then you got lift to the level of lightly spicy. It lingered in the tip of my tounge and they combine with the sense of banchan create something sophisticated.

Flavour: We ordered the whole boneless fried chicken with sweet and spicy sauce ($40.95), the spicy pork belly ($26.95) and rice ($4 per bowl). The chicken was done well and the sauce I’d say is the best in the Hobart region. The pork was under seasoned and had too little pork compared to vege – was rather bland. Rice was fine but had a small amount of burnt bits.

I was really disappointed with the burn kimchi pancakes from Tasty Korean Chicken. The pancakes were overly crispy, almost burnt, and lacked the balance of flavors I expected. The kimchi flavor was overpowering and left a bitter aftertaste. Definitely not something I would recommend to anyone looking for a satisfying Korean food experience.

The star of the show, the Korean fried chicken, was nothing short of amazing. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it was perfectly seasoned and came in a variety of mouthwatering sauces to suit all tastes. The combination of flavors and textures was a culinary masterpiece.
