This is our go to Nene Chicken as its the closest store to us. We absolutely love their chicken and our favourite is the freaking hot flavour! This definitely satisfies my craving for a Korean spicy chicken! Love the snowing cheese too! The staff are very polite and attentive. Only a few tables for dine in but we don’t really mind. I recommend them!

Visiting Melbourne and craving Korean Chicken. This was delicious and better than Korean chicken I have had in Auckland, New Zealand. I was surprised that they had the gloves to assist fingers from getting dirty. We had the original and the seasoned chicken that disappeared into my mouth haha. Would definitely recommend. The customer service was surprisingly welcoming and warm. Thank you.

Delivery order on Friday, 19.5.23 at approx 7:30 PM. The food had a long blonde hair in it. The lady on the phone had no clue about customer service. I know working in the food industry can be hard and I am never rude on the phone to customer service but imagine having your dinner ruined on a Friday night and the staff does absolutely nothing to acknowledge their mistake. She straight up said “we cant help you because its friday and its busy”. I was on the phone and without putting me on hold she kept talking about me to the rest of the staff, “shes saying this” “shes saying that” and I could hear exactly how inconsiderate they all were. A male voice and a lady in the back were telling her what to say, none told her to apologise or be nice. No refund, no replacement. She said get a discount when you come in next but its not about the discount, I just needed my food or a mere apology!
