When I tell you this is the best fast food experience I’ve ever had, I am not exaggerating. I came in on 30/5/23 at around 2pm and got a double crunchwrap Supreme chicken, a regular chips, large frozen mountain dew and creamy jalapeño mayo on the side. I was the only car in the drive thru and had to wait 10 minutes which from my past taco bell experiences was a little slow, but that was perfectly fine because they made every item as fresh as can be and to perfection. The chips were hot, seasoned so perfectly and just the right amount of crunch. The sauce and drink were filled properly and boy, the double crunchwrap Supreme was to perfection. Just the right ratios of everything, wrapped perfectly with topping to the brim without it falling apart. I know this probably isn’t procedure but if you’re the manager or owner reading this you’d better not be mad at them because this experience alone will make me a return customer for life. Love this taco bell, all the staff that were on you are amazing

Very nice. When compared to Mexican places like Fonda, it may seem like a fast food restaurant. Which it is. But it is very different to a McDonald’s style restaurant. Very friendly service. 10/10 would eat again.

Taco Bell Narre Warren next to McDonald’s outside fountain gate. Great location with a drive through and also inside dinning. The food is really good value I think. Good flavours and Taco Bell only items like the double taco which is a hard taco wrapped in a soft taco. For some different Mexican try this place out. The atmosphere inside is very cool and laid back, and funky. Food is made to order so you’ll have to wait maybe 10mins for it which is very reasonable.

The burritos here are tasty, filling and affordable. There are also free refills on soft drinks (woohoo!!!). It’s not the most authentic Mexican food, but delicious nonetheless and good value for money. I really like their ‘fire’ sauce that comes in the sauce packets – it has a surprisingly complex flavour. The restaurant is quite clean and has a fun, colourful and quirky interior.

Compared to American Taco Bell I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Great take away option. Fairly priced, quick and really tasty. I had the boss burrito meal. Free refils were a bonus and very welcome. Not fine dining but definitely worth 3 solid stars! Yum!

Not happy with the customer service at all. The girl at the counter didn’t even know how to take the order. Only thing she knew was giving sarcastic looks. No hello no thank you. Didn’t even reply to my thank you. The food is average. Portion is small. Will definitely pick GYG over Taco bell.

Went here because there was little open at the time. Even though I went in fully aware that this was a Mexican equivalent of MacDonald’s, my expectations were still way above actual delivery. Understaffed is an understatement… Took 30 minutes for our food (loaded fries and a crispy burrito) to arrive, the loaded fries were more like dog food. Soft, soggy and not seasoned enough, little texture at all. The burrito was okay. Overall a hugely disappointing experience.

As an American I am always interested to compare US icons to Aussie counterparts. Taco Bell is not so common here so we’re excited to find one. Ordered crunch wrap, Crunchwrap supreme and chicken tacos. All three of these were cooked to order and tasted just as expected. Only 3 hot sauces were offered here – but suffice to say that is all that we needed. This restaurant was super clean and looked brand new, and the food was equally fresh and tasty. If you are here from the US and want to a quick homesick remedy, this may help ☺️

Food is so bad ! Every time I decide to give them a go. I get more and more disappointed. Your better off cooking at home and the food you would cook would be better than what I ate.
