This should not be served to us paying customers. The burrito was so bad. As you can see, there’s hardly any filling in it. It was sloppy and I felt like I ingested more sauce than anything. The taco was also depressing. I fed the burrito to my cat, but at least he enjoyed it.

Average meal experience, had a “crunch supreme” which had a good sized portion but lacked flavour. Fries were cold and soggy with good seasoning. Pepsi float was good but cant go wrong with that. About 8 bar stools overlooking the busy Glenferrie road, about 12 tables for 2 worth of space.

I love Taco Bell, but not this one. Is it the food? The service? The atmosphere? I wouldn’t know. It’s in THE worst possible location along a main road that’s too small to cater to the bumper to bumper traffic conditions it faces each day, and there is absolutely no where to park within a million miles of the place, not even down side streets.

I am absolutely furious and deeply disappointed with Taco Bell’s appalling service! Not only did they mess up my order, but they also have the audacity to ignore my phone calls, leaving me without any hope of getting a refund. I ordered four crunchy tacos, and what did they give me? A stupid, cheaper quesadilla! This is an outrageous display of incompetence and disrespect towards their customers. Restaurant was clean but the meals were poorly prepared. It was like the person preparing the food had no idea what to do. My quesadilla was served cold, no melted cheese and just folded in half. It baffles me that they would think that was OK to serve. It was nothing like the menu represents. You have some work to do Taco Bell Hawthorn.
