Food was good but the service was underwhelming. We were seated right away but we’re told it was last call as soon as we sat down. We ordered, ate and at 8:55 we were told they were closing and we need to pay and take the rest for takeaway. Being asked to leave the restaurant before closing is disrespectful. If you don’t want to serve your customers, just close your business. It’s just rude!

Great sushi train, large space and good selection of items. They have unfortunately been understaffed which is no reflection on the business as a whole, just how it is for most at the moment. Hope they get properly staffed so everyone is served promptly and no one is stressed. We will be back. Online ordering is also a great new feature.

Quite possibly the best sushi train I have been to in terms of food quality. The beef was amazing, the sashimi was fantastic, the pork dumplings, prawn rolls and chicken were all great too. Big selection, everything was hot and well made. Couldn’t rate it higher.

We were visiting Cairns and this was our first restaurant and I am impressed! The taste and freshness exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and our order was served quickly. The Salmon volcano here is a must try along with spicy mayo tuna and Blueberry cheesecake. Could introduce more variety but whatever is served is done right.

Overall ok but unfortunately we sat here for around 40 min right on lunch, (12:30) and a few of the main popular dishes swung past empty the entire visit, our young boys really only ate these!

Worst sushi train, it serves cold sushi off the train. Your order through the app and they just grab the coldest plates off the train. If you wanted cold sushi you would grab it yourself. Used to be a amazing sushi train would come here once a week but lately it seems to be getting worse. Last few times coming to this one has made me feel very sick, stop serving horrible cold, 3 hour sushi. Very disappointing
