This place is a joke. Today we waited 40 mins for a small order. It was not busy at all. I asked what was happening and the staff simply said they’d forgotten and hadn’t started cooking. I suggested that to compensate the food should be free. They refunded and said the food would be ready in 5 mins. After a further 15-20min wait we asked again what was happening. They then replied we refunded you so we stopped cooking. This is one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Even if your food is good, if you don’t have any costumer service your wasting your time. I will not go here again.

The sushi used to be ok from here but lately it’s been horrible. We ordered 6 rolls and they all fell apart when we went to eat them. We had to eat them with a fork. Also the range was dismal in choice. Two types only available.. salmon and advocado, and tuna. The salmon was tough and clearly not sushi grade. I couldn’t chew through it. Dismal sushi and service

Nice staff but you use INSTANT NOODLE PACKS , the spicy ramen we got was a instant noodle packet . Even had the dried carrots. You can’t charge $15+ for that!

Confused by the not fresh review, as they make everything daily. They often make the baby tuna box for my girl to order if we’re there early or late. Love the chicken katsu roll. Only complaint is the use of avocado in so much stuff and the lettuce in the beef teriyaki. Otherwise, excellent sushi.
