Food was great, but the experience was ruined by staff named Rebecca (spectacles girl). Asked her to cut the sushi, she told us they don’t cut it since the store almost closed (which doesn’t make sense at all it literally would just take 5 seconds to do it). She make this annoyed face all the way until I paid for my food. This kind of staff will ruin your store reputation. Although the food is great, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

One of the waitress really pissed me off. I paid for “all you can eat” with 36 dollars. I asked her to let the chef cut some sashimi caz other staff told me they could do that when I came here last time. She just let me wait. I sat for half an hour, not a single sashimi at all until the times almost up. She rushed me and blamed me not eat everything. I just did not finish some fried food which was not fresh and good. Such bad service. And there no phone signal. Such boring 45 min. I could only sit and wait. Really tried my best to hold my anger. Never come to the store again.

Horrible service today for our table of 8 doing the all you can eat. Sushi was dry and average with minimal choices nothing like what is advertised. Food had likely been sitting on the train for hours. I feel like we taken for a ride with false advertised. Staff treated us like we weren’t wanted. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Misleading info published on official website re the end date of all you can eat. Walk in the store told me it’s finished already while on the website stated it’s still effective.
