This year’s most terrible experience so far, I just bought sushi, and ask about the discount thing, the girl who worked at counter, she had a VERY terrible attitude. I was pleasantly surprised how fresh and value for money the nigiri was. I had some of the torched scallop, torched salmon and the crab leg nigiri and it was delicious and filling. Will definitely come back and try some more next time. Would be great if they had some seating for a quick eat-in.

Horrible sushi. For $3 the sushi is relatively exxy compared to the $2.5 or $2.8 versions in the city. The teriyaki chicken and avocado roll was so overly salty and the chicken was tough. I had one mouthful and just couldn’t finish it.

Very disappointed with the customer service there. I am a mom with two very cranky toddlers, we bought lots of sushi from them. My son just dropped half of the sushi on the floor, very cranky and I just wanted to buy and picked one sushi with a bit of longer tail. But supervisor Shirley doesn’t have empathy. She is very stern, inflexible and keep saying no and she choose the lowest one with tail. I know she is young but you should have empathy with your customers. I didn’t ask for much. We bought a lot of sushi from them and we just wanted to pick only one to replace the one that my son dropped. Very disappointed with the customer service here. We went to other Sushi Hub but never have issues.
