Sushi here is very good & workers are nice but the curry is ATROCIOUS. Chicken fatty, skin is near inedible – thick and not cooked long enough. Today rice coming as a mushy gloop, see lower right in the pic. No more chances for here! I expect this from a chinese takeaway but you are one of the few real Japanese owned and run food outlets. I’m really disappointed in this level. You would have zero customers in Japan with this level of curry and you know it. Threw most of the curry in the bin & waste money. Customer does not want mochismashed mushy rice! Maybe baby wants to eat it but not adult.

I’ve really enjoyed the Sushi from here in the past but watching them today microwave chicken for 45 seconds and another staff member standing by the rice cooker with no mask eating this chicken really put me off, I hope the owner doesn’t condone this because it seems a bit dirty to me.

Staff are rude refused to make any vegetarian sushi so I ordered the last roll that was there and then she wouldn’t let me pay by card only cash but it’s not my fault I couldn’t order more food when they didn’t have any and refused to make it. So I guess I’ll have no lunch now as I’m can’t use my card pay? Staff should be ashamed to turn a paying customer away..
